A voice when many people are loudly expressing their opinions.

ブーイングのときもあれば、活発な議論のときもある。最近は口々に文句を言っているときに使うことが多い気がする。

Sometimes it's booing, sometimes it's a lively discussion. Lately, I think it's used more often when people are complaining verbally.
