In particular, minor differences in word endings can reveal loveliness, vigor, whether it is continuous or one-time, and so on.
Below you will find the differences by word endings.
The same onomatopoeia is followed twice.
Onomatopoeia that is merely "onomatopoeic" once often becomes "continuation of a state" or "emphasis" when continued twice.
Sometimes onomatopoeia has a different meaning.
A sound that only occurs once. A sound that does not become continuous. Sound that transitions from a normal state to that state. Many of them have two letters.
Example
Tapping sound)
*In the case of multiple bumps, the same onomatopoeia will be continued twice because it constitutes a continuation of the state.
N" at the end of already existing onomatopoeia
It indicates emphasis and a strong momentum. Originally, it was not attach to onomatopoeia ending in "n".
Example
ぐる" is the sound of turning.
"ばた" is the sound of falling over.
がつく - Ends with "っ" and "!" is attached to it.
Indicates momentum. (Refer to the sound of shaking the bat below)
★「ぁぃぅぇぉ」がつく - It's got an "ぁぃぅぇぉ" in it.
Indicates further emphasis. Also, if it enters an onomatopoeia with a "n" at the end, it indicates that it is echoing in space. (Refer to the sound of shaking the bat below)
★間に「ー」が入る - with a "ー" in between.
The "-" sign is an indication to extend the sound preceding the sign. It is used to indicate a sound that does not end in a moment, a sound that has a passage, like a handkerchief dropped in a puddle that absorbs water and becomes wetter and wetter, or a lingering sound.

Often, momentum cannot be expressed in words, and is often combined with pictorial expressions.
