赤面が継続していても、このオノマトペが繰り返しで使われることはない。「ぼっぼっ」というオノマトペはない。強調により「ぼぼっ」と表現されることはある。
Even when blushing is ongoing, this onomatopoeia is never used repeatedly. There is no onomatopoeia for "ぼっぼっ." It is sometimes rendered "ぼぼっ" by emphasis.
